If you have any other issue with your product or in the case that it is not damaged but you need to exchange or return the item, please contact our customer service department at info@elementalbottles.com and have your order number ready.
Limited lifetime warranty is the only express warranty offered on Elemental products. The warranty is only valid with regard to purchases of Elemental® products made through the Elemental website and its authorized dealers. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. If the purchased product has been modified in any way, the warranty no longer applies. To be eligible for warranty replacement, items must be received and reviewed prior to shipping out warranty replacements.
Products must be unused in order to receive replacement parts. Items which are determined damaged will be replaced with the same size and color model where possible. If this is not possible, the item will be replaced with a similar size and color item of no less value.
All returned item shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Under no circumstances will Elemental be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether for breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence or other tort theory or under any strict liability theory, except where prohibited by individual state law. Any and all other implied warranties are limited by the terms of this limited lifetime warranty.

My wife has bought several can coolers over the years and this one is her favorite because of the color and slim fit. The insulation is great as well. She ended up buying 6 more cans as bachelorette party favor, the packing has good quality and feels like a custom product. The tumbler flip-open lid is genius and keeps warm drinks warm for hours too. Superb invention!
I walk around my neighborhood every morning since I'm not a fan of running. Walking tho is like a therapy for me. Then I would go into the park and sit and chat with some of my fur mom neighbors and we would have coffee on the bench. I found this tumbler super handy to bring with me there. My morning coffee don't get cold even for long chats at the bench. it's also a plus that it can be convertible to a can cooler which is super cool

I love nature tripping and trekking and hiking, but aside from my humungous water bottle on my backpack, sometimes I want to have soda or coffee at 1,280 feet above sea level. It's the best feeling! this tumbler will be handy on my travel since it's 2 in 1 and space-saving. Cost-saving too! This is now one of my travel essentials. Love the teakwood print too!
This is literally GOLD for me! I was just thinking about buying a super small and handy tumbler for my coffee. I'm not a mug person so I would always prefer tempered glass or stylish tumblers when it comes to drinking my coffee. So when I found out about this awesome tumbler, I immediately checked out! I've never seen a 2in1 tumbler and can cooler so this has to be one of the best tumblers I have got!!!
