If you have any other issue with your product or in the case that it is not damaged but you need to exchange or return the item, please contact our customer service department at info@elementalbottles.com and have your order number ready.
Limited lifetime warranty is the only express warranty offered on Elemental products. The warranty is only valid with regard to purchases of Elemental® products made through the Elemental website and its authorized dealers. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. If the purchased product has been modified in any way, the warranty no longer applies. To be eligible for warranty replacement, items must be received and reviewed prior to shipping out warranty replacements.
Products must be unused in order to receive replacement parts. Items which are determined damaged will be replaced with the same size and color model where possible. If this is not possible, the item will be replaced with a similar size and color item of no less value.
All returned item shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Under no circumstances will Elemental be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether for breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence or other tort theory or under any strict liability theory, except where prohibited by individual state law. Any and all other implied warranties are limited by the terms of this limited lifetime warranty.

Artisan Tumbler Ceramic Lid
The ceramic lid seems nice but I was very disappointed to find out my "teak wood" insulated mug was nothing more than cheap looking print on stainless steel. It kind of has a golden shimmer to it, as well, which I'm not super jazzed about. When I came across this online I thought, "wow, how unique to have an insulated mug with a wood finish." The description says nothing about it only being a graphic that is printed on the steel container and I just double checked the product details and they do not make it clear that there is no actual teak wood. Kind of feels deceptive to advertise it that way. Buyer beware!
I absolutely love this mug because of the concept of a ceramic lid. BUT the silicone ring is not thick or large enough to hold the lid on. I don't even mind that it is not leak-proof, but my lid is so loose, that it got knocked off while in my side pocket of my backpack. The lid is chipped and cracked now. I am not sure about buying a replacement lid because the problem may be the same?
The tumbler is made of high quality material, but the small hole on the lid for cooling will leak if you fill up the tumbler too high. Also, I don't have much confidence that the lid will stay on if the tumbler tips over. All that being said, it's great at keeping my coffee hot.
It keeps it warm but the lid is not spill proof and liquid comes out from the top because there is a hole for you to drink. Concept is good but it is a mess because it spills all over when I tilt it while carrying it. I always spill my hot coffee all over me or my car.
