I’ve dropped the mug with the lid twice and the lid has broken each time. It is expensive - considering what it is -to replace. So, if you like to have a porcelain lid instead of a rubber lid, Don’t drop the mug.

Broken lid

I broke the lid to my coffee cup and wondered if I could replace it. I called elemental and was able to obtain a replacement lid. Customer service was excellent, and I received my new lid within a couple of days. Thank you everyone at Elemental!!
