Wonderful product and great price.
I ordered about five products from the website and one was missing from my order. I emailed the company and no one has gotten back with me.
I had a missing item in my order and haven’t heard back from the company about it.
Bottle looks and Performas as it should. I also added the custom letterization, came out great.
As far as I can tell, I have a 12 oz commuter cup (purchased at a national park with a logo that I absolutely love!). The lid that came with it did not fit--I thought this was a case of too many tourists handling merchandise and mixing things up. However, the lid that the website states will fit this cup is exactly the same! I have reached out to customer service, but no luck figuring out which lid will work with this cup. So have not really been able to use it!
