As far as I can tell, I have a 12 oz commuter cup (purchased at a national park with a logo that I absolutely love!). The lid that came with it did not fit--I thought this was a case of too many tourists handling merchandise and mixing things up. However, the lid that the website states will fit this cup is exactly the same! I have reached out to customer service, but no luck figuring out which lid will work with this cup. So have not really been able to use it!

I appreciate the speedy delivery to replace my lid as I dropped a can on it & it broke the slider piece tip that holds it in place. Its great that a replacement was made available. I can reuse the seal on the old one too. I hope the company will sell the seals separately & or the lid slider so these items can be repurchased as needed for this durable mug.
