Great Product

Very nice thermos. The materials are great with the stainless steel and ceramic lid. Keeps my drinks hotter for much longer. The mouthfeel with the ceramic lid is great too. It's nice that there are no plastics involved. Overall, good product, would recommend!

Leaky when drinking

The lid is leaky. It drips consistently from the seal. The cup is fine without the lid.

Ceramic coffe lid replacement

I have had a ceramic lid for years and recently dropped it at a bad angle and shattered it. The replacement arrived quickly and fit my years-old mug. It feels like a better quality tab than the old one, too. So happy with these products!

1 of 3 is great!

I ordered three replacement lids, but only received one and haven't gotten any responses to my requests for assistance. That one is great, and I really like the mug overall. But essentially paying 3x as much for it makes it a terrible value.
